The relationship would determine whether the incident is within the applicable fields under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance. Therefore, you are advised to work out your relationship with the respondent first. (6)

Even if the incident is not prohibited under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance, you may still report it to the designated parties and express your expectations of the remedial actions. You may also report to the police if the incident also involves criminal acts.
